Standard Shipping

A flat rate of $10.95 applies to all Australian orders (excluding PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers) under $129.00.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

Please note our flat rate shipping isn’t available for PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, however orders over $129 still qualify for free shipping. Shipping rates are calculated by location & parcel weight. Thank you for your understanding. 

Australia Post + Express Shipping

If you would prefer your order to be delivered via Australia Post's Express or Parcel Post services, these options are available to you at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated by location & parcel weight.

TRACKING:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via e-mail with tracking information for your parcel. Please note, tracking information may not be available until after 6pm on day of shipment. Orders can be tracked by following the link within the email or here via Australia Post or Aramex. 

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. If an order is placed on a weekend or Australian public holiday, your order will be processed the next available business day. Delivery times are generally Monday - Friday during business hours.

International Shipping

Shipping costs are determined by weight and location and will display at checkout.

Delivery times will vary depending on a customer's geographical location. Local import duties or taxes vary by country and are out of our control. As the recipient, you are liable for these charges based on the country you are shipping to. If unsure, please check with your local customs authority in regard to any fees or regulations relating to import of our products.
